Set against the stunning backdrop of the historic Narragansett Towers, our ballroom classes offer a unique blend of elegance, movement, and seaside charm. Each Thursday evening, dancers will explore classic styles like rumba, cha cha, foxtrot, waltz, and tango—along with additional rhythms to keep things fresh and exciting. These beginner-friendly classes require no partner, making them an easy and welcoming way to get started. Plus, each night ends with dedicated social dancing time, so you can practice what you’ve learned, build confidence, and enjoy the music in one of Rhode Island’s most iconic coastal venues.
David Endicott
David is a lifelong dancer and educator with over 30 years of experience in the ballroom world. He began his journey at Arthur Murray in Ft. Lauderdale before joining Dance New York, one of the most competitive studios in the world. Over the years, he’s trained with industry icons like Eddie Simon, Karina Smirnoff, Tony Dovolani, Louis Van Amstel, and Nick Kosovich.
​Earning top placements across the U.S. and Europe in both Smooth and International Ballroom, he even brought his talent to the screen—choreographing nationally televised commercials and appearing in the hit documentary Mad Hot Ballroom. Today, he teaches, competes, and performs with students throughout New England, sharing his passion for connection, technique, and great dancing.
